By installing them after drying the compressed air and pre-filtration, the residual oil content is achieved according to class 1 in accordance with ISO 8573-1 and thus protects sensitive production processes.
Large amounts of high quality active carbon and a constant low level of pressure loss also make them extremely economical. Thanks to this, they can work up to 12,000 compressor hours. The standard oil indicator signals any work interference.

Kaeser Compressoren Kohleadsorber der ACT -Serie entfernen effektiv Öldämpfe und -gerüche. Durch die Installation nach dem Trocknen der Druckluft und der Vorfiltration wird der Restölgehalt gemäß der Klasse 1 gemäß ISO 8573-1 erreicht und somit sensible Produktionsprozesse schützt.
Große Mengen an hochwertigem aktivem Kohlenstoff und ein konstantes niedriges Druckverlustniveau machen sie ebenfalls äußerst wirtschaftlich. Dank dessen können sie bis zu 12.000 Kompressorstunden arbeiten. Die Standardölanzeige signalisiert jede Arbeitsstörung.
