For effective pelleting, the most important thing is to meet the conditions of fraction size and raw material moisture. The size of the raw material supplied to the pellet mill should always be at least one millimeter smaller than the working holes in the die. The initial humidity should not exceed 16% and should not be lower than 10%.
Peletnik-150 can operate at both 230 V and 400 V.
The capacity of the Peletik-150 pellet machine and granulator in the production of feed can be up to 100 kg/h, while in the production of pellets from sawdust or straw the capacity can reach 50 kg/h. Each pellet machine purchased at Peletto is equipped with a matrix and rollers selected for the customer's raw material. For an additional fee, we can also run in the die, so you receive a ready-to-use product.

Für eine effektive Pelletierung ist es am wichtigsten, die Bedingungen hinsichtlich Fraktionsgröße und Rohstofffeuchtigkeit zu erfüllen. Die Größe des der Pelletpresse zugeführten Rohmaterials sollte immer mindestens einen Millimeter kleiner sein als die Arbeitslöcher in der Matrize. Peletnik-150 kann sowohl mit 230 V als auch mit 400 V betrieben werden.
Die Kapazität der Pelletmaschine und des Granulators Peletnik-150 kann bei der Herstellung von Futtermitteln bis zu 100 kg/h betragen, während bei der Herstellung von Pellets aus Sägemehl oder Stroh die Kapazität 50 kg/h erreichen kann.
Jede bei Peletto gekaufte Pelletmaschine ist mit einer Matrize und Walzen ausgestattet, die auf das Rohmaterial des Kunden abgestimmt sind. Gegen einen Aufpreis können wir die Matrize auch einschleifen, sodass Sie ein gebrauchsfertiges Produkt erhalten.
