These 8 isobaric pressure tanks (500 hl each) manufactured by Sirio Aliberti in 2005 originate from the wine industry and were previously used for sparkling wine production. With a working pressure of up to 6 bar and full insulation
the tanks are well suited for fermentation

and similar products. The tanks are constructed from carbon steel with an internal food-grade epoxy coating
combined with polyurethane insulation and stainless steel external cladding. This design represents a traditional and cost-efficient alternative to stainless steel tanks
which became standard in later years. Thanks to their large volume and isobaric capability
these tanks are particularly suitable for high-capacity production environments. As with all epoxy-coated vessels
regular inspection and renewal of the internal coating is required
