В отличие от аналогов прибор ЭИН-МГ4 имеет функции автоматического выполнения технологических расчетов:
заданного удлинения арматуры,
длины арматурной заготовки,
корректировки расстояния между анкерными головками (временными анкерами).
Для пользователей, производящих несколько типов предварительно напряженных железобетонных конструкций, предусмотрена возможность установки и запоминания пяти комбинаций исходных данных (расстояние между упорами форм, диаметр и класс арматуры, проектное напряжение в арматуре).
Измеритель напряжений снабжен энергонезависимой памятью результатов измерений и эффективным двухкаскадным цифровым фильтром, обеспечивающим подавление электромагнитных помех и помех гармонического состава колебаний арматуры.
В процессе измерений прибор автоматически производит несколько замеров частоты колебаний арматуры сравнивая их между собой, отбирает достоверное значение и преобразует его в механическое напряжение в соответствии с алгоритмом вычислений.
Индикация результата измерения - цифровая, в МПа. Прибор имеет режим тест-контроля.
