Fanuc R-2000iB 165F/210F R30iA industrial robot

The robot R2000iB 165F/210F is a six-axis industrial robot that offers high performance and the ability to handle medium payloads up to 210 kg. The R-2000iB features high reliability and maintainability, along with the 30iA robot control system.

R-30iA features
The R-30iA controller needs less than 1 minute to start up. In the event of a power failure:
The robot program restarts much faster than with any PC-based program (non-Windows operating system).
The hot restart function allows safe restart and continuation of production after a power failure: no need to redo the entire motion.
Unique restart tolerance check: in the event of a programme interruption, the robot automatically memorises its position before the failure. When the program continues, it checks if the robot has moved outside a preset tolerance. This prevents unexpected movements and collisions.

VIBRATION CONTROL
Thanks to enhanced hardware and software capabilities, the R-30iA controller offers much better robot vibration control. This greatly reduces robot acceleration and deceleration times, resulting in reduced cycle times.

WIDE RANGE OF CONNECTIONS (USB2), PCMCIA INTERFACE
The R-30iA controller has a USB interface on the front panel and a PCMCIA interface inside the control cabinet.
This allows data and programs to be backed up and restored quickly and cost-effectively.
