Capable of compressing up to 100 used tires into a single bale, the machine significantly reduces tire volume and allows up to 27 tonnes of baled tires to be loaded into one 40ft container. Compared with loose tire storage, the system can reduce storage space by up to 85% and transportation costs by up to 65%.
The baler is widely used in tire recycling facilities and waste management operations to minimise fire risks, improve handling efficiency, and prevent water accumulation inside scrap tires, which can contribute to mosquito breeding.
The VB-TY1500 features a 100-ton hydraulic pressing force and is suitable for processing passenger car tires, truck tires, and oversized truck tires up to 1200 mm in diameter. Bale weight can reach up to 1 tonne, with a processing capacity of approximately 1–1.2 tonnes per hour.
Equipped with a SIEMENS motor and a heavy-duty hydraulic system, the machine adopts a front-and-rear dual-door locking structure operated by hydraulic cylinders, ensuring stable bale formation and reliable continuous operation in demanding recycling environments.
