PVE WOLTMAN 40PR-FF pile driver

The Woltman 40PR-FF is a compact pile driving rig which is suitable to drive piles with a length till 17 meters without a leader extension. The machine has a modern CAT engine and is easy to transport. The weight of this pile driving rig is less than 50 tons incl. the hammer and the counterweight. So if a lower transportweight is required the hammer and counterweight can be disassembled to reduce the transport weight to about 35 ton. This Woltman 40PR comes with a PVE 4/5NL hydraulic hammer which is suitable to be used for driving precast concrete piles, wooden piles, steel tubes ot other profiles. The machine has modern fee-fall type winches which ensure a very fast operation. The controls of the hammer are integrated in the dashboard of the operator's cabin. The control of the winches, swing and horizontal stroke of the leader are easy and fast with help of the two electronic controlled main Joy-sticks. The undercarriage is hydraulically extendable by means of a rigid cylinder construction. The machine has rear outriggers with hydraulic cylinders so loading and unloading is made even easier. The cylinders are well protected against any damage inside of the steel construction. The 4/5NL hydraulic hammer works fast and is flexible because you can change the configuration easily. As a 5t hammer it gives an energy of 59 kNm per blow at the maximum drop height of 1.2mtr. The drive caps can be rotated so the piles can be aligned very well.
