If you decide to buy equipment at a low price, make sure that you communicate with the real seller. Find out as much information about the owner of the equipment as possible. One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.
Before you decide to make a purchase, carefully review several sales offers to understand the average cost of your chosen equipment. If the price of the offer you like is much lower than similar offers, think about it. A significant price difference may indicate hidden defects or an attempt by the seller to commit fraudulent acts.
Do not buy products which price is too different from the average price for similar equipment.
Do not give consent to dubious pledges and prepaid goods. In case of doubt, do not be afraid to clarify details, ask for additional photographs and documents for equipment, check the authenticity of documents, ask questions.
The most common type of fraud. Unfair sellers may request a certain amount of advance payment to “book” your right to purchase equipment. Thus, fraudsters can collect a large amount and disappear, no longer get in touch.
- Transfer of prepayment to the card
- Do not make an advance payment without paperwork confirming the process of transferring money, if during the communication the seller is in doubt.
- Transfer to the “Trustee” account
- Such a request should be alarming, most likely you are communicating with a fraudster.
- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

Main components and functions
Infeed conveyor
Ensures a constant product supply to the machine. The conveyor has 3 sensors per lane to detect product presence
allowing the machine speed to be adjusted
Metering wheels
Synchronize the product flow with the machine
Grouping module
Assembles the product packages
Front conveyor
Transports the products and cartons from the grouping module to the rear conveyor
Carton magazine
Holds the cartons
which are then removed individually by the carton separator. Carton feed is driven by belts and a gear motor
controlled by a sensor in the lower front area
Carton separator
Removes individual cartons from the magazine and places them on the belt onveyor when the presence of a product is detected by a photoelectric sensor. Cartons are picked up using vacuum suction cups supplied by a vacuum pump
Carton transport
Consists of two belts fitted with drivers
ensuring the carton is conveyed in phase with the product package. A photoelectric sensor detects a carton that has been placed
Upper transport device
Conveys the products and carton from the front conveyor to the outfeed belt. Height adjustment is automatic
using a photoelectric sensor and a counting disc
Rear conveyor
Transports the products together with the cartons from the front conveyor to the outfeed belt
and aligns the two side flaps of the carton to each other
Drive unit
Provides the mechanical drive for the various machine modules and their synchronization. Mechanical protection of the modules is ensured by a torque limiter
Hot glue unit
Applies a hot glue track. Glue is only applied when the motor is running and a pack is present
as detected by a photoelectric sensor. Heat-up time for the hot glue unit is approximately 45 minutes. The position and length of the glue track are controlled via the PLC in the control cabinet and can be set on the touch panel
Gluing when machine is stopped
If the machine is stopped during a processing cycle
the last glued pack is still closed by a pneumatic cylinder
Dividing switch
Divides the packs from one lane into two lanes according to the format. Can be adjusted in width according to the format
