SEMIX Mobile 60V performs with a square-shaped aggregate storage hopper which can be fed with two ramps or with a prefeeding conveyor for aggregates.
All SEMIX Aggregate Storage hoppers are bent trapezoidal shape for having an extra strength. In the 60V model unlike the competitors, SEMIX is providing two separate conveyors for weighing & transferring the aggregate. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor which transfers aggregates to the transfer conveyor. Having two separate conveyors providing accuracy in weighing and performance for reaching higher Concrete outputs.
All SEMIX Concrete Batching Plants are being controlled by a SCADA system with a Schneider PLC integrated. Users can follow all used materials and integrate it their CRM system. SEMIX's engineering team can intervene in the Automation system online to provide service.
SEMIX Móvil 60V funciona con una tolva de almacenamiento de agredados de forma cuadrada que se puede alimentar con dos rampas o con un transportador de pre alimentación para los agregados.
Todas las tolvas de almacenamiento de agregados de SEMIX tienen una forma trapezoidal doblada por tener una longitud extra. En el Modelo 60V, a diferencia de los competidores, SEMIX proporciona dos transportadores separados para pesar y transportar el agregado. Los agregados se pesan en el transportador de peso que transfiere los agregados al transportador de transferencia. Tener dos transportadores separados proporciona exactitud en el pesaje y rendimiento para alcanzar mayores rendimientos de concreto.
Todas las Plantas de Hormigón SEMIX se controlan por un sistema SCADA con un Schneider PLC integrado. Los usuarios pueden seguir todos los materiales usados e integrarlos en su sistema de CRM. El equipo de Ingeniería de SEMIX puede intervenir en el sistema de Automatización en línea para proporcionar servicio.
